This round of the series we partner with Honest Weight Food Co-op and Certified Cheese Professional Shelby Taylor for a thoughtfully curated beer and cheese pairing. Shelby will guide the selections, focusing on balance, contrast, and how each cheese and beer enhances the other.

The format stays true to The Perfect Pair Series: a curated lineup of small pours and small plates designed to be enjoyed together.
