Our first pig roast here at Wayward Lane Brewing.

We’ve been working with a new spent grain partner, Evan of Meadow Rise Farm in Knox, NY. Meadow Rise is a small family farm focused on raising high quality pigs and poultry using a pasture-based, holistic approach. The result is clean, well-raised pork, chicken, and duck that we’re excited to showcase for this one.
